AshVid is a digital subscription service for desktop file and media management workflows. Because access is delivered after successful payment, purchases are final once the subscription is activated, except where required by applicable law.
Your account keeps access until the end of the paid subscription period.
Activated subscriptions are not refundable for unused time, partial use, change of mind, or platform preference.
Billing errors, duplicate charges, or unauthorized payment concerns can be reviewed by support.
When a user subscribes to AshVid, access to the desktop app, account license, browser companion workflow, and related subscription features is made available after payment confirmation. For that reason, subscription payments are final and non-refundable once activated.
If you decide not to continue using AshVid after subscribing, your account remains eligible to use the service until the paid subscription period ends. The subscription period is the benefit purchased, and access continues for that period even if the user stops using the product earlier.
AshVid does not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused days, missed cancellation dates, compatibility preferences, change of device, change of operating system, or a change in personal need after purchase.
AshVid is built for lawful personal file and media management. Websites, browsers, operating systems, formats, and third-party platforms may change independently. Compatibility with every source, quality level, format, or platform cannot be guaranteed and does not create a refund right.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law. Where a refund is legally required, AshVid will follow the applicable legal requirement.
If you believe there was a duplicate charge, unauthorized payment, incorrect billing event, or account activation issue, contact support@ashvid.org. Include the email used at checkout and the approximate payment date so the support team can review the case.
